Illustrations

Treat the pricing as a sort of "build your own illustration" here! Go down the categories and add the prices of whatever you want. If a price has a + at the beginning, it is added within the same category. The bare minimum is the sketch price, which will be included even when the sketch is not used in the final piece.You must have references for your characters and any complex custom environments. Please click on the "Designs" button above if you do not have these.

Prices are an estimation. Depending on the complexity of the piece, they may be adjusted.

Sketch

  • Rough Sketch: $15 (Additional characters: +$5 per)

  • Refined sketch: $25 (Additional characters: +$10 per)

  • Hatched Sketch: $35 (Additional characters: +$15 per)

  • Environment sketch: +$10

Lineart

  • Basic lineart: $10 (Coloured: +$5)
    Additional characters: +$5 per

  • Stylized lineart: $25 (Coloured: +$15)
    Additional characters: +$10 per

  • Environment lineart: +$30

Colour

  • Rough colour: $10
    Additional characters: +$3 per

  • Sharp colour: $15
    Additional characters: +$5 per

  • Painted colour: $20
    Additional characters: +$10 per

  • Environment rough colour: +$10

  • Environment clean colour: +$30

  • Environment painted colour: +$50

Shading

  • Overlay shading: $5

  • Simple shading: $10
    Additional Characters: +$5 per

Animations

Treat the pricing as a sort of "build your own animation" here! Add your elements (starting from a storyboard, which is under PMV even for AMV commissions. Environments that are static/only move via camera are also under PMV even for AMV shots- AMV environments are animated, such as flowing water or the entire environment being frame-by-frame) per scene, based on animation category.Please note that pricing category is on a per-shot basis, even for AMV, so if you order a larger animation, you may choose to have different styles throughout the project, which would be priced separately.You must have references for your characters and any complex custom environments. Please click on the "Designs" button above if you do not have these.

Note that pricing is also more variable than for illustrations. While illustrations may occasionally be adjusted from listed prices, animations are likely to vary from estimations, as it's more dependent on the exact animation's complexity. I also may inform you that a shot you have in mind may not be feasible for a particular style (a very short but complex/quick moving shot may be a bad candidate for limited AMV, for instance).I do intend to add a calculator to this page in the future to assist with price estimates, especially for larger projects. However, it is not yet implemented

Designs

Designs can be characters or environments. This is anything complex where you don't have solid, exact references for me, and provide me only with verbal description or vague references that require me to assimilate in a specific way. Note that basic settings would not count as an environment design- you don't need a more detailed reference for something such as a forest, or a city based on a real one/generic city, etc.This is also where you find pricing for reference sheets and concept art.Add these prices on top of the pricing for the style of the image.Pricing is an estimate and may vary based on complexity.
